Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment. A reminder text or email is sent

out to you 2 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling your appointment.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done 48hrs prior to your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment you will be charged 30% of the scheduled cost.

If you cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged 60% of the scheduled cost

Late Arrivals

Although I do try my best, unfortunately I cannot always accomodate late arrivals. If later than 15 minutes I will most likely have to offer you the next available appointment time so I recommend leave 5-10 minutes to find a park as this street can be busy between 9-3:30.

Deposit System

When booking online it will get you to put in your card details. This will be part of making your booking and securing it. Nothing will be taken unless a late cancellation within 24hrs or a no show.
